Abuse & Rights Infringement Reporting

Quirver stands firm to preventing abuse of documents, and any infringement on its platform. Because accounts are soley created by institutions, organizations or individual users, we are unable to fully detect issues of abuse of authenticated documents or accounts infringement.

We can, however, try to prevent innfrigements of rights to owner's account and documents that are deemed to have been tampered or altered with. You can report any inappropriate or altered documents authenticated or registered on our platform. Is is Quirver's policy to investigate all reports of alleged abuse and/or infringements.

Choose the type of abuse report you’d like to submit. Upon receipt of any such report, we will swiftly work to resolve it as soon as possible, and create a unique ticket ID which may be used to track the report process. The process may take a bit while, it could takes 3 business days but may vary dependent on each specific case.

General Abuse

General abuse is associated with account infringments, impersonation or abuse of rights given to any team mamber; report of accounts found to have bridged the platform's policy or being used to impersonate any organization or individual.

Document Abuse

Report documents authenticated without consent of the organization's authorization is seen as an abuse. If you know or feel that an authenticated document is not in line with that of the orgabization to which it is sen for, don't hesitate to file a report. However, organizations, institutions or individuals have the rights to restrain documents they see as being forged or an alteration has been done on them, as they have complete control over their documents within their account.
